My name is Palma, and my journey as a therapist is deeply rooted in my own multicultural experience. Originally from Mexico, I was raised in the United States since the age of five, with a five-year stint in Canada. I bring a bilingual (English/Spanish) and global perspective to my practice. I believe that life’s greatest challenges are the "fertile soil" for personal growth and character building.

In our sessions, I use an integrative and heart-centered approach—drawing on everything from attachment theory and neurobiology to transpersonal, EMDR and somatic practices. My goal is to help you navigate trauma or obstacles while uncovering your inherent strengths. Whether we are exploring your past or your future aspirations, our work is built on a foundation of trust, respect, curiosity, and cultural humility. Outside of the office, I am a mother, a visual artist, and a lifelong learner currently studying Yoga Science and Sanskrit. I find joy in house plants, cooking, and engaging in authentic conversations.
