What does the name of the practice mean?
When creating the practice, the focus was to embrace an integrated approach to mental health, addressing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, to foster overall well-being and healing.
Do you offer sliding scale?
We have a limited number of pro-bono and sliding scale spots reserved. Clients who are able to pay our full rate make it possible for us to offer sliding scale options for community members who cannot afford our full rate.
This is my first time in therapy, what can I expect?
Thank you for beginning your journey with us, we are so grateful to have you here. Therapy is a collaborative process. It's normal to feel a range of emotions during this process, and it's okay to discuss any concerns or uncertainties you may have with your therapist. They are there to support you on your journey toward improved well-being and mental health.
Do you take insurances?
We are paneled with Health Share of Oregon (OHP).
Will you offer in person therapy?
In the future we plan on expanding our services beyond telehealth so that we can best serve our communities with face-to-face therapy sessions. When we do, we will let you know!
